1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all Subscriptions and orders placed on The Super Trainer platform (https://thesupertrainer.in) operated by PROMAXIMA GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85410KA2026OPC213694).
By using the Platform, you agree to this Cancellation Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your monthly Subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings under "Subscription Management" in the Dashboard
- By emailing support@thesupertrainer.in from the email address registered with your account
We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 24 hours and confirm the effective date.
2.2 What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of a Subscription:
- You retain access to your current billing cycle until the cycle's end date (cycle credits remain usable until expiry as normal)
- No further automatic charges will be made to your payment method
- No refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of the current billing cycle (see Refund Policy)
- Your account remains active in a "free" state — you can still log in and view your dashboard, but new Credits will not be allocated
- Previously revealed Trainer contacts remain accessible to you (no further Credits required to view them again)
2.3 Reactivating a Subscription
You may reactivate your Subscription at any time by selecting a new plan from the pricing page. Reactivation starts a fresh billing cycle.
3. Pack Cancellation
3.1 Before Use
If you have purchased a Credit Pack and have not used any Credits from it, you may cancel and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase (refer to Refund Policy).
3.2 After Use
Once any Credits from a Pack have been used, the Pack cannot be cancelled. Remaining unused Credits will expire on the validity end date as disclosed at the time of purchase.
3.3 Pack Validity
Pack Credits expire at the end of their validity period (15 days for Quick Hire, 25 days for Sprint Hire, 40 days for Burst Hire). No extensions or rollovers are available. Unused Credits at expiry are forfeited.
4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate your Subscription, account, or access to the Services at our discretion in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity, suspected misuse, or harm to other Users
- Non-payment or chargeback initiation
- Violation of applicable Indian laws
- Misrepresentation of your business, identity, or qualifications
- Attempting to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform
- Reselling or sharing Trainer contact information with parties outside your business
In case of cancellation by us due to a violation, no refund will be issued for any unused Credits, Subscription cycles, or Pack validity remaining.
In case of cancellation by us for other reasons (e.g., service discontinuation), we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle or Pack validity, at our discretion.
5. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account (in addition to cancelling any active Subscription), email support@thesupertrainer.in with your request. We will process account deletion within 30 days, subject to:
- Resolution of any pending payments or disputes
- Retention of records as required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations (refer to our Privacy Policy)
Once deleted, your account, profile, and credit balance are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
6. Failed Payments
If your subscription payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason:
- Razorpay will retry the payment as per their retry schedule
- We will notify you via email
- If the payment continues to fail, your Subscription will be automatically cancelled and your account will move to the free state
- Unused Credits from the prior billing cycle will be forfeited per our standard cycle expiry rules
7. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In case of permanent discontinuation:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email
- We will issue pro-rated refunds for active Subscriptions and unused Pack Credits
- You will retain the ability to export your profile data within the notice period
