How do credits work?

Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance. You spend 1 credit to reveal a trainer's contact details. Once revealed, the contact stays unlocked for you forever — even after your plan ends. Unused credits don't roll over month-to-month.

Is there a commission on hires?

Never. Unlike recruiters, we don't charge a placement fee. You pay a flat monthly subscription, reveal contacts you want, and hire directly.

What if I run out of credits?

You can upgrade your plan at any time — the new credits are added immediately. Or wait until next month's renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your subscription page; access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

Are the trainers verified?

All trainers complete profile setup and we manually review certifications for trainers on Elite and Pro plans (look for the verified badge). Free-tier trainers are not pre-verified.

Is The Super Trainer free for trainers?

Yes — creating a profile and being discoverable on the platform is 100% free, forever. We make money from gym subscriptions, not from trainers.

How do I apply to jobs?

Browse the open roles on /jobs and click Apply on any job that looks right. Applying is free for Elite and Pro trainers. Free-tier trainers can browse jobs but need to upgrade to apply.

What does the verified badge mean?

It means we've reviewed your certifications and confirmed you're a credentialed professional. Verified profiles get more views and reveals.

Why aren't I getting contact reveals?

Make sure your profile is 100% complete with photo, specializations, salary range, availability, and bio. Pro trainers appear first in search results.
