Yes. Upgrades to a higher monthly plan kick in immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date. You can also buy a one-time pack at any time — pack credits are used first, so subscription credits last longer.
You can cancel any time from /subscription. Cancellation keeps you active until the end of the current cycle (no early termination); resubscribing later starts a fresh cycle.
