1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on The Super Trainer platform (https://thesupertrainer.in) operated by PROMAXIMA GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85410KA2026OPC213694).
By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Our Services
The Super Trainer is a digital B2B marketplace that provides Gyms with access to trainer profiles via a credit-based system. Credits, Subscriptions, and Credit Packs are digital products that grant access to information and platform features. As such, the standard rules around returns of physical goods do not apply.
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Pre-Use Refunds
If you subscribe to a monthly plan and have not used any credits in your current billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the subscription start or renewal. Refund requests after this window will not be considered.
3.2 Post-Use Refunds
Once you have used any Credits from a subscription billing cycle, that cycle is non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellation for Future Cycles
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not refund the current billing cycle. Refer to our Cancellation Policy.
4. Credit Pack Refunds
4.1 Pre-Use Refunds
If you purchase a Credit Pack and have not used any Credits from it, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests after this window will not be considered.
4.2 Post-Use Refunds
Once even one Credit from a Pack has been used, the Pack is non-refundable.
4.3 Unused Credits at Expiry
Credit Packs have fixed validity periods (15, 25, or 40 days depending on the Pack). Unused Credits expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable. This is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds Due to Service Failure
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- A technical error on the Platform prevents you from using purchased Credits
- A duplicate charge was made due to a payment gateway error
- You were charged for a Subscription you did not authorise
In such cases, contact us at admin@thesupertrainer.in within 7 days of the issue with relevant details (transaction ID, screenshots, account information).
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Credits have been used (even partially)
- Validity period of a Pack has expired with unused Credits
- A Gym is dissatisfied with the quality of Trainer leads (we facilitate connections; we do not guarantee hiring outcomes)
- Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requested after the 48-hour window for pre-use refunds
- Promotional or admin-allocated free Credits (these are non-cash and not refundable)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@thesupertrainer.in from the email address registered with your account
- Include: your registered phone number, transaction ID or Razorpay payment ID, amount, date of purchase, and reason for refund
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- We will review and respond with a decision within 7 business days
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once a refund is initiated:
- Razorpay processing: 1-2 business days
- Bank/card credit reflected in your account: 5-7 business days from initiation
- UPI refunds: typically 1-3 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider beyond our processing window.
9. Currency
All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (₹), in the same amount as the original charge. We do not adjust for exchange rate fluctuations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Refunds will be governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
